The last command after a safety check is always executed

Problem

If the "Last Command" is sent by the EMX after security is disabled, this causes an issue if a reset function is configured in the motor controller.

Workaround

Starting with SW Version 2.0 and Application 2.0, the "Last Command" after safety, which affects the shading and time automation, can be disabled.
