EMX-8: Rainfall sensor is too sensitive

The ComObject "Precipitation" is too sensitive

Problem

The EMX rain sensor is often used for the FMX frost program. In the FMX, it is not possible to prevent frost from being triggered by cold temperatures and a few raindrops.

Workaround

On the EMX, starting with SW version 2.0 and application 2.0, the precipitation sensor sensitivity can be set to high (4s), medium (180s), and low (15 min).
