The EMX rain sensor reports rain during dry weather

Problem

When it is warm, the EMX with the blue ceramic sensor may trigger a rain alarm during dry conditions. This affects the rain program and the KNX precipitation object.

Workaround

Set precipitation sensitivity to medium and the alarm delay to 3 minutes. Resolved with HW V 1.24.
