Problem

If an EMX-8 (SW Version 2.x) is used, ensure that the appropriate product database/application program/plug-in is used in the ETS project, as the EEPROM data structure has been changed in the EMX-8 V2.
The old application programs, versions 1.1 and 1.2, must therefore not be used.

Workaround

Only use application programs version 2.0 or, if necessary, version 1.3 (e.g., when replacing a device or working with an existing ETS project).
