Problem

The end-position detection of the Combio MVLED (only the version with a valance!) can cause problems under certain circumstances. It may happen that after the valance has been retracted, the awning does not retract until approximately 2 minutes after the UP command is issued. This occurs when the valance’s end-position detection has failed. In this case, the standard 2-minute runtime elapses before the awning is released. With each UP command, the runtime starts over from the beginning, so the customer may report a delay of several minutes.

Workaround

There is currently no solution available. Therefore, until further notice, it is recommended to train customers or make them aware of the 2-minute runtime.
