GDU: Devices that do not use 230V are not filtered by the GDU

Devices without a 230V connection are not filtered by the GDU

Problem

Before performing a firmware update with the GDU, it is not possible to determine whether the affected actuators are powered by 230V. During an update involving actuators without 230V, the process stops after 4/16 steps and no error message is displayed.

Workaround

The GDU must be updated to version 1.6 or higher.
Starting with version 1.6, there is an additional indicator showing whether the device is powered by both bus voltage and 230V. If no 230V is connected, the update cannot be started for the corresponding actuators.

Occurs in version

  • 380.1.X.1.X
